TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Store Group’s “57th ANNIVERSARY – GRAND REWARDS“ contest [refer “Contest”] organized by The Store Group [refer “Organizer”] is open to all Malaysian aged 18 and above, except for the employees of The Store Group, their affiliates and their related companies, members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, son /daughter), advertising agencies and suppliers who involved in related to the contest. The Contest period starts from 22 MAY till 16 SEPTEMBER 2025 (“Contest Period”).
With minimum purchase of RM50.00 and above in a single receipt at all participating The Store / Pacific / Market Place by The Store / Market Place by Pacific, TS Concept Store / Super Jimat outlets (except tenanted counter), customer require to scan QR Code to fill up the online contest form and upload purchase receipt to stand a chance to win lucky prizes in REWARD 1.
With a minimum purchase of RM50.00 in a single receipt at The Store / Pacific / Market Place by The Store / Market Place by Pacific, TS Concept Store / Super Jimat outlets (except tenanted counter), customer will stand a chance to win Cash Coupon in REWARD 2. The value of the Cash Coupon (RM2, RM5, RM10, RM50 & RM100) will be appeared at the bottom of the receipt. Cash Coupon can be redeemed at the Customer Service Counter together with the original receipt and within the same day at the same outlet.
The Cash Coupon is valid until 30 September 2025 and must be utilized at the issuance outlet.
Online contest forms are to be send on or before 16 September 2025. Any online contest form(s) received thereafter shall not be entertained.
For each purchase receipt, regardless of number of times you qualify for the entries, customer require to fill in one online contest form only. Each Participant shall only win One (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period, irrespective of the number of eligible entries collected by the Organizer.
Organizer reserves the right to reject any entries which are incomplete, late and illegible or submit beyond the deadline without prior notice.
The prizes are for contest :-

a) Grand Prize x 1 : Perodua Alza 1500 X (CVT)

b) First Prize x 1 : Perodua Bezza 1000 G (CVT)

c) Special Prize x 10 : Modenas Kriss 110CC

Winners will be chosen through random draws from a pool of total eligible entry perform by a random computer process after the contest end. The finalist will be contacted by telephone. A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made by the Organizer to contact the Finalist Winner during the Lucky Draw Ceremony. In the event that the Organizer is unable to contact the Finalist Winner after three (3) attempts (i.e.no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection etc), the Organizer reserves the right to select the next qualified participants. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
TWELVE (12) lucky winners will be notified via phone or announcement letter which would send through registered post. Venue and time of drawing will be announced later. The winner list will be announced at The Store Group’s website www.tstore.com.my, Facebook Fanpage & WeChat Official Account.
All winners are required to attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony to collect their prize. Winners have to bear all the expenses pertaining to transportation of prize collection. Venue and time of ceremony will be announced later.
Winners should claim the prize on their own. Agent or representative to claim the prizes shall not be entertained. In the event that the winner who failed to attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony, their eligibility for the prize will be forfeited automatically without further notice. Winners are responsible for their safety during the way to the location of Prize Presentation Ceremony. Organizer will not responsible for any cause of defaced / injured / dead / lose of property.
All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to the Contest including but not limited to the shortlisting, selection of winners and forfeiture of the prizes is final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
Winners shall bear all the charges / fees such as registered fees, insurance, tax and others which will pay by the subject.
All the prizes are strictly not returnable or transferable to the third party and not exchangeable for cash.
All the participants in the Contest agree to be bound by the above Terms & Conditions. Information provided in the Entry Form(s) is considered correct and accurate. Participants also agree that the provided information be disclosed to The Store Group’s merchandise partner/ third party and relevant business in the event for all the propose of marketing and products promotion activities and services. All the provided information and all personal data in the Entry Form which has been disclosed by the participants and has been agreed and sign by participants are in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage, loss or claim resulting from participation of the Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) suffered by third parties or the participants in any manner whatsoever during and after the Contest resulting from or arise out of the Contest.

The Organizer reserves the right to use the winners details for promotion and advertising propose without prior notice or make any compensate.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
The Organizer reserves the right to postpone the pre determined date and venue of the Prize Presentation Ceremony at a later date which shall be notified by the Organizer to the winner in case of any unforeseen circumstance.
The terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of Malaysia and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
The Contest terms and conditions are prepared in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. In the event of inconsistencies between the three versions of the contest terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.

SYARAT DAN PERATURAN

Peraduan “SAMBUTAN ULANG TAHUN KE 57 – GANJARAN UTAMA” [rujuk “Peraduan”] dianjurkan oleh Kumpulan The Store [rujuk “Pihak Penganjur”] terbuka kepada semua pelanggan yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas kecuali kakitangan Kumpulan The Store, ahli–ahli keluarga terdekat (ibu bapa, suami/isteri dan anak) dan pencetak-pencetak yang terbabit dalam Peraduan ini. Peraduan ini sah dari 22 MEI hingga 16 SEPTEMBER 2025.
Dengan pembelian minimum RM50.00 ke atas dalam satu resit di semua cawangan The Store / Pacific / Market Place oleh The Store / Market Place oleh Pacific, TS Concept Store / Super Jimat (Kecuali Kaunter Sewaan), pelanggan hanya perlu imbas Kod QR untuk mengisi Borang Penyertaan di dalam talian dan memuatnaik resit pembelian untuk memenangi hadiah menarik dalam GANJARAN 1.
Dengan pembelian minimum sebanyak RM50.00 dalam satu resit di cawangan The Store / Pacific / Market Place by The Store / Market Place by Pacific, TS Concept Store / Super Jimat (tidak termasuk kaunter sewaan), pelanggan berpeluang memenangi kupon tunai dalam GANJARAN 2. Nilai kupon tunai (RM2, RM5, RM10, RM50 & RM100) akan tertera di bahagian bawah resit pembayaran. Kupon tunai ini boleh ditebus di Kaunter Khidmat Pelanggan bersama-sama dengan resit asal pada hari yang sama di cawangan yang sama.
Kupon tunai sah sehingga 30 September 2025 dan kupon tersebut mesti digunakan di cawangan di mana kupon tersebut dikeluarkan.
Borang Penyertaan dalam talian hendaklah dihantar bersama-sama dengan resit pembelian sebelum 16 September 2025. Sebarang Borang Penyertaan dalam talian yang dihantar selepas tarikh tersebut tidak akan dilayan.
Pelanggan perlu mengimbas Kod QR untuk mengisi Borang Penyertaan di dalam talian bagi setiap satu resit pembelian. Setiap peserta hanya layak memenangi Satu (1) hadiah sahaja tanpa mengira kuantiti borang penyertaan dalam talian yang telah dihantar.
Penyertaan yang tidak lengkap, lewat dan tidak sah akan disingkirkan secara automatik oleh Pihak Penganjur tanpa sebarang notis.
Berikut adalah hadiah-hadiah untuk peraduan tersebut:-

a) Hadiah Utama x 1 : Perodua Alza 1500 X (CVT)

b) Hadiah Pertama x 1 : Perodua Bezza 1000 G (CVT)

c) Hadiah Istimewa x 10 : Modenas Kriss 110CC

Calon Pemenang akan dipilih melalui cabutan rawak daripada kumpulan jumlah penyertaan yang layak dilakukan melalui proses komputer rawak selepas peraduan tamat. Semua calon pemenang akan dihubungi melalui telefon. Semasa Majlis Cabutan Bertuah dijalankan, Pihak Penganjur menghubungi Calon Pemenang sebanyak 3 kali. Jika pemenang berkenaan gagal untuk dihubungi setelah 3 kali percubaan (tiada balasan; khidmat telefon tiada dalam talian dan sebagainya), maka Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk memilih calon pemenang yang layak seterusnya. Pihak Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab jika calon pemenang berkenaan gagal dihubungi walau apa alasan jua.
Dua belas (12) calon pemenang akan dihubungi oleh Pihak Penganjur melalui telefon dan surat pemberitahuan yang dihantar melalui Pos Berdaftar. Tempat dan masa cabutan akan diumum kemudian. Senarai pemenang turut diumumkan di laman web Kumpulan The Store (www.tstore.com.my) , Facebook dan Akaun Rasmi WeChat.
Kesemua pemenang dikehendaki menghadiri Majlis Penyampaian Hadiah dan segala kos perbelanjaan termasuk kos pengangkutan untuk mengambil Hadiah adalah tanggungan sendiri. Lokasi dan tarikh upacara akan diumumkan kelak oleh Pihak Penganjur.
Para pemenang mesti menuntut hadiah masing-masing. Agen atau wakil tidak akan dilayan. Sekiranya pemenang gagal untuk menghadiri Majlis Penyampaian Hadiah, kelayakan mereka untuk hadiah akan dibatalkan secara automatik tanpa sebarang notis. Para pemenang mesti bertanggungjawab atas keselamatan diri sendiri sepanjang perjalanan ke lokasi Majlis Penyampaian Hadiah tersebut Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas segala kerosakan / kecederaan / kematian / kehilangan harta benda yang berlaku.
Semua keputusan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pihak Penganjur berhubung dengan peraduan berikut yang tidak hanya tertakluk kepada calon pemenang dan segala keputusan penyampaian hadiah adalah muktamad. Sebarang rayuan atau surat-menyurat tidak akan dilayan oleh Pihak Penganjur.
Semua pemenang hadiah, jika perlu, mesti menanggung secara mutlak semua kos dan/atau yuran seperti yuran pendaftaran, insurans, cukai dan lain-lain yang dibayar kepada pihak-pihak kuasa yang berkenaan.
Semua hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik kepada pihak ketiga dan tidak boleh ditukar kepada wang tunai.
Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, pihak peserta bersetuju untuk mematuhi Syarat dan Peraturan Peraduan ini. Pihak peserta mengesahkan bahawa maklumat yang diberikan dalam Borang Penyertaan adalah benar dan tepat. Pihak peserta juga bersetuju dan memberi kebenaran kepada Pihak Penganjur menggunakan dan memproses maklumat yang diberikan oleh pihak peserta bagi tujuan pemasaran dan aktiviti promosi barangan atau produk dan perkhidmatan yang berkaitan dengan Kumpulan The Store, sama ada rakan niaga dan/ atau pihak ketiga Kumpulan The Store yang sudah wujud atau perniagaan masa hadapan. Pihak peserta mengesahkan bahawa Perakuan pihak peserta dalam Borang Penyertaan adalah persetujuan sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dan termaktub dalam Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010.
Pemenang akan menanggung liabliti dan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan, kerugian atau tuntutan akibat daripada menyertai Peraduan, penebusan atau penggunaan Hadiah. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang liabiliti, kejadian yang tidak diingini, kerugian, kerosakan, tuntutan atau kemalangan (termasuk kematian) yang dialami, dalam sebarang situasi, oleh pihak ketiga atau peserta, semasa atau selepas Peraduan.

Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk menggunakan identiti pemenang Peraduan ini untuk tujuan promosi dan pengiklanan tanpa sebarang rujukan dan pembayaran.
Seandainya mana-mana hadiah tidak dapat disediakan pada hari dan masa penyampaian hadiah, Pihak Penganjur atas budi bicaranya boleh menangguhkan tarikh dan waktu penyampaian hadiah dan/ atau menggantikan hadiah tersebut dengan hadiah lain yang sama nilai dengannya.
Pihak Penganjur berhak pada bila-bila masa, atas budi bicaranya, mengubah dan /atau meminda sebarang terma dan syarat operasi peraduan, atau membatalkan Peraduan ini tanpa sebarang notis terdahulu.
Terma dan syarat ini dipantau dan ditafsir mengikut Undang-undang Malaysia dan dalam bidang kuasa eksklusif mahkamah Malaysia.
Terma dan syarat Peraduan ini disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Cina. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan antara ketiga-tiga versi ini, maka versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.

“57周年庆- 回馈大奖赏”竞赛是由環球集团[主办单位]主办，公开予所有18岁或以上的顾客参加，唯環球集团属下公司的职员及其直系家属（父母、配偶及儿女）和承印公司职员一律不可参加。竞赛有效期从2025年5月22日至9月16日。
凡于環球/ 太平洋/ Market Place by The Store / Market Place by Pacific, TS Concept Store / 超级节省专店分行的任何部门（出租柜台除外）消费至少RM50或以上于当天的单张购物收据，顾客即有资格参赛。
凡于環球/ 太平洋/ Market Place by The Store / Market Place by Pacific, TS Concept Store / 超级节省专店分行的任何部门（出租柜台除外）消费至少RM50或以上于当天的单张购物收据，顾客即有机会从“惊喜奖赏中”赢取现金固本。固本数额(RM2, RM5, RM10, RM50 & RM100) 将会显示于收据尾端。顾客须于当天前往顾客服务柜台出示有关正本购物收据以领取现金固本。
现金固本有效期至 2025年9月30日,同时仅在同一间分行使用方为有效。
顾客必须扫描二维码以填写在线参赛表格，并上传购物收据便有机会赢取幸运奖品。
在线比赛表格必须在2025年9月16日或之前发送。逾期参赛表格一律作废。任何异议，恕不受理。
